Planning & Inventory Assistant
Primary Responsibilities for an Inventory Specialist:
- Prepare and assemble paperwork for manufacturing work orders.
- Create production tickets for certain manufactured products in SAP system.
- Enter and verify goods receipts for completed work orders into SAP system.
- Enter goods receipts for external services into SAP system.
- Enter goods receipts for customer-owned inventory into SAP system.
- Input data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Deliver work tickets to various departments.
Preferred Qualities for an Inventory Specialist:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in mathematics.
- Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Ability to perform quality work under time constraints.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience working with Excel is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical experience is necessary to excel in this role.
